Above Ground Tanks
General Industries fabricates above ground steel storage tanks per UL-142, UL-2085, API-650, API-620, AWWA D-100, NFPA-30 and NFPA-22. These tanks are designed for storing flammable and combustible liquids, chemicals including sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, water and other process liquids or flowable material. Steel tanks can be horizontal or vertical, cylindrical or rectangular, single wall or double wall and may be fabricated from carbon or stainless steel. Factory assembled storage tanks (FAST Fuelers) are shipped with operational equipment already installed prior to shipment which dramatically reduces installation costs. With capacities up to 50,000 gallons, General Industries can design and fabricate tanks to meet any specification, or help you create a specification for your application.
